My name is Vasil W. Turjancik .My intention was to create a device that would solve the long-standing problem of managing drivers to ensure better vehicle operation, to produce a new system for vehicle and driver protection and conducting Quality Driver Education sponsored by Garden State Safety Council. We bought a taxi business in 1976. Designed, developed and built "Safety Devices" for our taxis in order to improve drivers driving habit. The result was good. The maintenance and repair cost went down 50%. The business was sold in 1983 to a nearest taxi owner for a triple price of the purchased price. The new owner insisted that safety devices will remain in all taxis.

Hybrid Vehicles
A great portion of fuel is used during acceleration. The faster the acceleration, the more fuel is used. Maintaining a steady speed uses a minimum of fuel. Braking is a waste of energy. The harder the braking, the greater the waste of energy. Hybrid vehicles use braking power to produce electricity to recharge the batteries. An electric motor uses battery's electricity to accelerate the vehicle to the desired speed, than the gas engine takes over to maintain that speed. The longer the braking, the more electricity is produce. The longer the acceleration, the better the gas mileage. However, there is no fuel savings on highways.
Hydrogen cars
Hydrogen fuel is fed into the anode of the fuel cell. Hydrogen atoms are split into electrons and protons. Electrons (-) are channeled through a circuit to produce electricity and propel the car. Only protons (+) pass through a membrane: electrons are blocked. Oxygen from the air enters the cathode and combines with the electrons and protons to form water.

The sensitivity of the Pico Motion Sensor can be easily adjusted by the consumer to anywhere between high and low sensitivity. Pico Sensor means that it is sensitive to a tiny motion .
