My name is Vasil W. Turjancik .My intention was to create a device that would solve the long-standing problem of managing drivers to ensure better vehicle operation, to produce a new system for vehicle and driver protection and conducting Quality Driver Education sponsored by Garden State Safety Council. We bought a taxi business in 1976. Designed, developed and built "Safety Devices" for our taxis in order to improve drivers driving habits. The result was good. The maintenance and repair cost went down 50%. The truth is, your drivers can drive the way you liked. Safely. With no safety control they will drive the way they liked.
